Auction Advisor
As your Auction Advisor, The Auction Advantage will provide necessary support and personal coaching for the Auction Chair and Auction Committee in pre-auction planning via meetings, phone calls, and e-mail.
 
Consultation and guidance to clients will include:
  • discussion on their past successes, industry best auction practices,
  • auction software options, audio/visual needs the night of the event,
  • hiring of a professional auctioneer, advertising and publicity for the event,
  • creating a timeline of tasks to be competed until the event,
  • procurement strategies for increasing donations, ticket sale promotion and logistics,
  • volunteer recruitment for the event,
  • as well as brainstorming other new ideas for bringing in revenue.
